Breath Inspired Movement

Join Yoga Instructor and Member, Caron Bey Knight in Founders Hall as she explores and develops the art of yogic breathing using simple poses, movements and breathing patterns. These breathing techniques will aid in health, vitality, and relaxation; stimulating the energy body, mind, and spirit. This 75 minute class is for all levels and ends with 7 minutes of deep relaxation.

Street Party on The Great Lawn

After Practice Rounds are complete for the Clemson Invitational on Thursday, the teams, coaches, volunteers, host homes and Reserve members are invited to attend a Street Party on the Great Lawn. We will be serving a BBQ themed menu including BBQ Pork, Chicken, Salmon and Brisket for $25/pp++. DJ Sha who performs at Clemson Football games will provide entertainment. This event will kick off the Clemson Invitational and will begin at 6:00 pm.
