BROKER REFERRAL PROGRAM.
We welcome the opportunity to work with Real Estate sales associates and brokers from other companies. Submit our
referral registration form or simply call our office at
877-922-5253 (LAKE) to register and protect your referrals. Then, one of our onsite experts will work hand-in-hand with you to help introduce The Reserve and show properties.
When your referral purchases one of our listings, your company will receive a commission, shown here as a percentage of the total sales price less membership cost and any qualifying incentives:
- Company Shelter 2%
- Company Homesites 4%
- Resale Shelter 2%
- Resale Homesites 3%
When your referral purchases a resale property listed by another firm, your company will receive 25% of the commission received by our office. Customers that are already entered in our company sales database prior to your referral may not qualify for a commission.
