BROKER REFERRAL PROGRAM.

We welcome the opportunity to work with sales associates and brokers from other companies. Our commission structure for Brokers is set forth below. The percentages are of the total sales price, less membership cost and any incentives in place at the time:

• Company Shelter 2%
• Company Homesites 4%
• Resale Shelter 2%
• Resale Homesites 3%

Referrals must be registered with a Reserve at Lake Keowee Sales Executive prior to showing property and cannot already be listed in our database in order for a referral commission to be paid. Then our sales executive will work together with you to introduce your referral to The Reserve lifestyle.
