COMPLETED AMENITIES:

• The Village Center is the heart of The Reserve, where our family-oriented community comes together in ways great and small. Sweeping up from the Village to the clubhouse is the Great Lawn, an expanse of rolling grass perfect for flying kites, a picnic with friends and family, or a concert under the stars.
• Visit the Market for fresh groceries, a yummy lunch, newspapers, Lake Keowee hats and t-shirts, gifts and more. Pick up your mail at the quaint Post Office.
• Guest House: with six spacious suites; a huge full-stocked catering kitchen; and a roomy screened back porch overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the Guest House is beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable, and makes the perfect place to discover the pleasures of living at The Reserve.
• The Orchard House is a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse with delicious dining, complete pro shop and locker rooms.
• Private 200-Slip Marina is everything you need for a day on Lake Keowee, from watercraft and kayak rentals to supplies to concierge service to a full-service fueling station. Nestled alongside the Marina, and connecting to the piers, the new Marina Park includes a trail that runs for a half mile along the shore, for you to take in the sights and sounds of Lake Keowee.
• Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is woven into the natural tapestry of the Blue Ridge Mountains and down to the sparkling waters of Lake Keowee; this 18-hole Par-72 masterpiece is both challenging and enjoyable for golfers of all levels. Warmer winters and cooler summers are par for the course here, so come ready to enjoy year-round golf.
• Lakefront Pool Complex & Grill is as much fun as a family vacation resort! The facility offers two pools: a zero entry pool with special grottos and fun water features for the kids, and an adult-sized pool complete with fountains and Jacuzzi. • Tennis & Fitness Facility: find all the exercise equipment you need to help you get more out of life. And with four state-of-the-art Har-Tru clay courts—all of them lighted—there’s always time to find a game of tennis, day or night.
• Park System with 5 1/2 miles of Improved Trails: as the headwaters of four rivers and the home to countless waterfalls, Lake Keowee is a mountaintop Eden. Within a radius of 75 miles, there are a million protected acres of forest. Using our comprehensive Trail Map, online Trail Journal, or with the guidance of our Naturalist, you can follow paths once walked by the Cherokee, search for over 75 different varieties of birds, and marvel at a waterfall as it cascades to the lake.
